1. General Information

Slimedom offers fun, hands-on slime-making workshops and party experiences for children aged 3 and up. Our events are designed to be safe, engaging, and educational.

2. Location and Jurisdiction

Slimedom is based in Loughton, United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

3. Bookings and Payment

All sessions must be booked through our online booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable, including in cases of no-shows or late arrivals.
In the rare event that Slimedom must cancel an event, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

5. Participant Requirements

Events are suitable for children aged 3 and above.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult unless the event is explicitly designated as a drop-off session.

6. Health, Safety & Allergies

Our slime materials are non-toxic and school-safe, but may, in very rare cases, cause mild irritation.
Slimedom is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or damage resulting from use of our products.
Parents/guardians must inform us in advance of any allergies or medical conditions.

7. Photography and Media

By attending an event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for Slimedom’s promotional use (website, social media, marketing materials).
If you prefer not to be included, please let us know.

8. Liability Waiver

By booking and participating in a Slimedom event, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Participation is at your own risk.
- Slimedom, its staff, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence.
- You accept full responsibility for supervising your child(ren) and for any damage they may cause during the session.
- You waive any right to pursue claims against Slimedom related to participation in its events.

9. Safety & Allergen

Not for Consumption: Slime is non-edible and may contain allergens (e.g., glue, fragrances).
Adult Supervision Required: Recommend for ages 3+ with parental guidance.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, and content presented during our workshops remain the intellectual property of Slimedom. They may not be copied, distributed, or replicated without prior written consent.

10. Changes to These Terms

Slimedom reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
